Ofrecemos cenas Caribeñas para grupos de 10 personas en adelante el costo es de U$14.00 + 10% servicio.
Una experiencia culinaria auténticamente Caribeña para compartir en una forma muy personalizada la versatilidad culinaria típica de nuestra cultura.
Nuestras opciones varían entre:
1) Pollo en salsa de coco
2) Pescado en Escabeche o en salsa caribeña
3) Pinchos de pescado, mixto con mariscos o con pollo a la parrilla
4) Rondón de pescado
E incluyen un Plato fuerte, dos tipos de verdura, ensalada, postre, bebida natural por persona.

COOKING LESSONS – U$45.00 P.P.
Each menu comprises of a full meal, easy to recreate at home for your family or for an intimate dinner party.
Class handouts include:
- Outlines detailing the order of preparation, as well as lists of steps to be completed in advance.
- A detailed explanation of ingredients that will be used.
- A four course meal to be enjoyed with a waiter at hand
- A CARIBBEAN SPOON " souvenir bag"
- A Certificate of Completion of a Caribbean Food Exceptional Learner
- Time duration vary according to menu aprox. 2-3 hours with meal consumption
In each class you will
- Learn how to prepare a complete, delicious, balanced menu.
- Learn the history of influences
- Taste ingredients and identify flavors.
- Discover how to time a meal, and what steps you can do ahead of time.
- Decide which tools and equipment to use for the job.

Demonstration classes are an intimate, interactive look at cooking. Each class features an entertaining and informative lesson by our instructor plus generous tastings of every dish prepared in class.
Children's parties Caribbean Spoon loves cooking with kids and has therefore developed a curriculum that is perfect for hands-on parties for any age group. Keep the kids entertained with an interactive lesson and a full tummy!
Bachelor and bachelorette parties
A fresh alternative to the bar scene! Celebrate in high style sipping wine and enjoying fabulous food while being entertained. If you wish, we can do all of the work while you sit back and enjoy with your friends.
Showers: couples, bridal and baby
Move out of the living room and into a cozy, Caribbean Flair kitchen where you can learn to cook a Caribbean style menu.
HANDS-ON CLASSES
Hands-on classes, you participate in each step of the cooking so you can recreate the experience at home. Our instructor will discuss the ins and outs of each recipe, give you valuable tips, and coach you as you work in groups to prepare the dishes. You'll sit down at the end of class to feast upon the fruits of your labor
Rehearsal dinners
Get out of the banquet hall while creating an environment where families can really get to know each other with a fun and interactive culinary adventure.
