Reservation & Cancellation Agreement
To reserve, we require your credit card # and exp. date with exact in/out dates by our secure reservation form. This is to simply secure the dates. No charge is made except in the case of a cancellation or no-show.
Your commitment is to be financially responsible for your reservation.
We can not be responsible for late arrivals (including plane delays), early checkouts, change of plans or rain. That means that you can change your plans or have your plans changed on you but you are responsible to pay for the changes.
If you need to cancel you must do so in writing via e mail or fax with no less than 3 days notice.
